The apartment is a full floor-through with two bedrooms, a large living area, and a separate dining space. It’s designed to feel open, functional, and comfortable for longer stays.

It is directly above a Creative Flex Space also available to you.

The Space

WiFi Network: [tbd] Password: [tbd] Living The main living area is where most people spend their time. It’s set up for both relaxing and working, with good natural light throughout the day. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday use. You’ll find cookware, dishes, and basic essentials. Please feel free to use anything—just leave it as you found it. Dining The dining table is a great spot for meals, work, or small group meetings. It’s one of the brightest areas in the space.

Laundry is available in the unit. Please be mindful of loads and avoid overfilling the machines.

Notes
The space is light-filled overall, even without direct sun flooding in. Sound can travel between floors, so we ask guests to be mindful, especially in the evenings.

You’re in Crown Heights, a neighborhood that’s both residential and full of life. It’s a mix of local spots, great food, and easy access to the rest of Brooklyn and Manhattan.

Please treat the space with care and respect. This is a lived-in environment, not a hotel. We have 2 little girls that you may hear above you in the evenings and some weekends.

Quiet hours are in the evening—just be mindful of neighbors and overall noise levels. Trash and recycling should be separated and placed in the appropriate bins. If anything comes up during your stay, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help. Enjoy your time at Yellow House.
